Locking Roller Bridge

Chrome Roller Bridge 3-smallLocking Roller Bridge   $32.95 – $37.95

 Modified for Korean Epiphones  $39.95 – $44.95

Increased sustain, easier action and locked intonation are the benefits of this locking roller bridge that will take your guitar to the next level. The rollers allow the strings to move freely as you fret your guitar and bend the strings because the string windings are not getting caught on the sharp edge of the standard tune-o-matic saddles. This bridge also drastically reduces string breakage since the rollers do not put a harsh bend in the strings like the standard bridges.Close up of rollers-small

Post Lock Close Up-smallAlso each saddle locks into place and the bridge locks to the posts so your intonation will not slip and your bridge won’t fall off and knock the intonation out while changing your strings. Since the bridge also locks to the posts it increases the string resonance of the guitar giving some more sustain and a little more sweetness to your tone.

This bridge is spaced to fit posts that are 2.906 inches (2 29/32) or 73.81mm from center to center. This is the standard spacing for most tune-o-matic bridges including Chinese made Epiphones. We also hand grind these to fit older Korean Epiphone posts which are closer together and measure 2.867 (a little less than 2 7/8) inches or 72.84mm from center to center. Be sure to measure your bridge post spacing to know which bridge to order.

This bridge is made of Brass and comes in either chrome, black or gold finish. Each bridge comes with matching posts, post inserts and an allen wrench.

Turn Around Time

Due to the expansion of our customer base, our turnaround times are 3 to 5 weeks from the time you order. We have recently picked up two guitar manufacturers that we are building wiring harnesses for, and the word of mouth about the quality of our work and customer service has expanded our customer base tremendously. Each kit is built to order, and in the order it was received. It will take some time for you to receive your kit, but it will be well worth the wait, guaranteed! - Bill Brown/owner BCS Guitars.
