The Standard Series

Our Standard wiring kits will give your guitar all it needs to operate at its maximum capacity and with the capacitors we use, that iconic tone that you have been looking for is just an order away. We have installed variations of our kits in Gibsons, Epiphones, Agiles, LTD’s, Ibanez’s, Fenders, Squires, Import copies…. the list goes on, and the difference is phenomenal. Whether you are installing boutique pickups or using the stock pickups that came with your guitar rest assured that you will be flat out amazed at the difference.

     Our Standard series kits are all wired to standard modern wiring schematics but that is not where it ends. Each kit is built at the time your order is placed and so we can accommodate most special requests. If you want to add a push/pull pot, different caps or change the layout just check out our custom kits page and then contact us with your requests.

     We use CTS pots made specifically for MOJO and they are guaranteed to be within 10% tolerance. These pots have a great taper that really lets you dial in the tone you are looking for and they are built to last for years. For capacitors we use MOJO Dijon capacitors which are a faithful reproduction of the Mallory 150 caps. These caps give your guitar more volume, presence and organic tone then standard caps including the orange drop tone caps. We use Switchcraft and Oak Grigsby switches for reliable switching and Switchcraft jacks for a rock solid connection. All the wiring is 18 gauge, cloth covered, thick stranded wire for ground connections and all the conducting connections use 22 gauge solid core cloth covered wire.
